Federal tax purposes?

Potentially. They will be reported on line 10 of Schedule
K/K-1 (Form 1065) along with other deductible expenses. The
individual members will transfer that number to line 22 of
Schedule A (Form 1040). The amount is deductible to the
extent that it (and other items on lines 20-22) exceed 2% of
that member's AGI.
