HI, Do any forms besides K-1,1065 and attachments need to be sent to the IRS. What I am asking is do 1099's need to be sent in.

Tommy,

1099s do not get submitted to the IRS. The only other common
form that you failed to mention was Schedule D (if you sold
any stock last year).
