Our club holds shares (units) of Alliance Capital (AC), a
publicly traded partnership, and we recieved a K-1 from
them, how do I enter this into Bivio so I can generate
correct K-1's and 1065 for the club?

I'm not aware of any way to enter the K-1 in Bivio, but it
may be possible. I just wanted to point out, if you were
not already aware, that the distributions you receive from
Alliance should not be recorded as a dividend. The only
income/(loss) you pick up is off the K-1.
