After entering 2001 records and generating the 1065 I
noticed the reinvested dividends are not on the 1065 or the
K1's. Did I enter the dividends incorrectly or are they not
recognized?

If you entered the reinvested dividend using the 'reinvest' icon on
the Accounting / Investment page, then it will show up on the 1065 and
K-1. If you are having a specific problem, please email us at
