member buyout I've done a search to try and find the answer to this question with no luck. I have a member who wants out. I found someone to buy him out. the member's worth is not the issue, rather the physcial removal of the old member's name and the addition of the new member. How do I do the switch? Again, sorry if this question has been asked and answered before but I attempted to find it prior to asking. thanks SMSgt Steve Holland Misawa, Japan Steve Holland writes: > I've done a search to try and find the answer to this > question with no luck. You must enter a withdrawal for the old member. Please read: http://www.bivio.com/hp/member-transactions.html The new member can join at any time. If there's a cash flow issue, have the new member join before the old member is withdrawn. The term "buyout" is not correct. The new member is joining the club irrespective of the old member's withdrawal. When a member withdraws, he sells his units back to the club, not to another person. This keeps the accounting simple.
