As a new investment club we registered with the IRS and we
got our Federal Tax ID number, but with the State of
Illinois it is a little less clear what we need to do as an
investment club and whether our partnership has to register
with Illinois or not. If some could give me an answer to
whether we have to register or not that would be much
appreciated and how we go about registering with Illinois if
we have to. Thank You.

My club is in illinois as well and we filed a NUC-1, which
