On 1-28-02 Buy and Hold made an announcement that they were being acquired by Fahnestock Securities. Also in this announcement they reported that their parent company was filing for chapter 11.
The question I have is what does this mean for the current account holders and should we be concerned about our investments that they are holding for us? Has anyone any other information ?
