Some of our users have complained about the PDF not printing the
values displayed.
 
One suggestion we have from Adobe is to disable "Web Browser
Integration", which sometimes fixes PDF problems. You'll need to start
Adobe Acrobat Reader outside of IE. Select it from your Start menu.
The go to its File > Preferences > General. There's a checkbox which
says "Web Browser Integration" uncheck it and try another download.

I also had trouble printing reports. The print was too
light. I made adjustments in the printer option. I
selected 'best quality print' and changed the color to
'manual' 'greyscale'. It worked for me.
