Our investment club paid the state partnership fee of $75.00
as the application stated. We received a refund of $55.00.
Where do I put this entry. I did enter it under
miscellaneous income, but I think that isn't right. How do
I code it in bivio? As income, change the original
transaction or ?.

If the $55 was a partial refund of your state partnership
fee, just enter it as a negative expense.

for example:

7/1/01 annual partnership fee $75.00
8/1/01 partial refund of annual partnership fee ($55.00)

bivio will net the two numbers and should put the result on
line 10 of Schedule K.
