Our club stopped operating this fall and I log on now to
print out the ledger and I find that I don't have access to
the data I've already entered. I can understand charging a
fee for anyone who wants to continue to use the service or
for have the tax forms filled out automatically, but not to
get at data that was already entered.

Is my data being held hostage?

We re-enabled your accounting so you could download your data.

We sent a reply to your support request within 12 minutes. Did you
not receive it?
