The most common reason is different transaction and/or valuation
dates. Check the transaction lists of each member by clicking on
their name in the Member Summary:

https://www.bivio.com/my-club-site/accounting/members

I find it is convenient to open up two windows using Control N or New
Window in the Files menu of your browser. You can then compare
transaction histories of members side-by-side.

The Member Contributions report is also an excellent tool for
spotting differences in valuation dates used:

https://www.bivio.com/my-club-site/accounting/reports/monthly-deposits?date=12/31/2001

I hope this helps. If not, email support@bivio.com and we'll give you
specific advice about your club's data. We can't do that in the
Club Cafe, because our privacy policy won't allow it.

Cheers,
Rob
