How do I handle the $59.00 Subscription fee to Bivio? Do I
charge each member a fee or do I include this in their
payment? Do I put this as an expense and what kind of

The cost of your subscription is a deductible expense. There's a
special category called "bivio Subscription" on our expense form:

You can allocate the expenses equally or proportionally. We don't
recommend charging a special fee. This is an unnecessary complication
to your accounting. Expense allocations handle the "fairness" issue.
