account sync I would like to turn off the account sync feature. Is there a way to do this-I am more comfortable entering the info myself. We'll refund your subscription. We'd greatly appreciate hearing about your experience with the service. Cheers, Rob An interesting observation about Account Sync and the subscription fee. Since the subscription is paid for directly to bivio.com by credit card, the cost must be manually entered. We did it as a contribution by the member whose credit card we used, then turned around and entered the expense as a Club Accounting expense. We had to use BuyandHold.com as the account, even though it had nothing to do with our brokerage account. Is it possible that for renewals of this service, bivio could offer the option of deducting the fee from available cash, or instant deposit on buyandhold.com? It would be more convenient, and track better through the accounting. In the case of credit cards, you should create a new account called "Out of Pocket Expenses" (or something like that). You then can keep your B&H transaction history clean. Check out our help topic on the subject: http://www.bivio.com/hp/out-of-pocket-expenses.html I hope this helps. Cheers, Rob |
