email address
The email address of one of our club members is no longer
valid. I tried to delete the bad address, but the Bivio
system insists upon having an email address for the member.
As the person has not notified me/us of a new email address,
what do you suggest I do ??? I am getting a bit tired of
having email rejection notices sent to me !

You can take the user offline. Go to Administration > Roster.
Click on the member's name. This is the user's detail page. Click
on the "take offline" icon. This will disable their access at the
same time. When they get a valid email address, you can use the
"bring online" link next to their name.
