Reconcile month end balance Our club is new to this site since mid-November. We like the site so far but I am concern about the month end total value not match the broker statement. I had e-mail to the tech support but it does not help to solve the problem. Is there a way that we can input the closing price so it will match the broker account? Doris, Our broker statement ends on a date different than our club meeting, so the valuations never match. If the statement date is before your meeting date, you can enter the statement date in the "Report date:" box on the "Accounting"/"Reports" page, before you generate your valuation report. If the closing price does not match, enter the next day's date for your report. Bivio gets the closing numbers late at night, I think, so they may not have been updated for that date. I know this happens to our club when I print our valuation statements before our meeting Friday evenings - it usually still has Thursday's closing prices. Hope this helps. And welcome to bivio!
