Our club has been around for about 4 years now. The first two of them, we spent with the NAIC. IThe last two with Bivio. I am not sure what the NAIC is charging now for their service now, and I don't really care. The customer service I received today from Bivio is worth double the VERY REASONABLE $59.00 they are charging per year for this outstanding program.
 
After coming to a dead end with a problem I was having with our "account sync" service, I called bivio and, as is most common, got a voice mail from someone stating that "they" would call me back soon. I hung up somewhat annoyed at yet another voice mail, something that we all are very accustomed to at almost all organizations. I NEVER expected a return call. HOWEVER, to my surprise, approximately 1 hour later, I received a call from Rob Nagler. Him and I actually spent about 20 minutes on the phone, during which time he quickly straightened out our accounting problem. I knew bivio was always very quick at responding to emails, but never imagined they would actually return my call.
 
For the money bivio will begin charging, we are VERY SATISFIED!
