I am not interested in the Bivio Bucks. Too much trouble
and I don't have time to do your selling for you.

I want to make sure I have the fee structure correct
(especially taking into account that I am not going to even
think about the Bivio Bucks):

2002 fee is $59
2003 fee is $59 - 30 Bivio Bucks you are "giving" us = $29
2004 - thereafter = $59 or anybody's guess
2002 AccountSync = $89

So, in 2002 I will pay $59 + $89 = $148
Have I got this right? Any more fees we need to know about?

How do we sign up? How do we pay? I did not see anything
about this in the e-mail you sent.

For the record, I do not like this bait and switch tactic.
Also, we are a new club and this is the first year of our
existence. This does not help us in any way because now
that our one year of bookkeeping is on your system, we
cannot pull off the tax reports that were promised us when
we signed up a year ago unless we pay you $59. Seems you
should have waited a few months before instigating this new
system. Might have kept people from getting so riled up
about it.

Since you already signed up for AccountSync, there are no additional fees to pay. I'm sorry the message wasn't clear.
 
You also received $30 bivio Bucks. If you sign up for AccountSync again next year, the fee will be $89 minus the $30 discount, or $59.
 
In short, the fees for AccountSync users have dropped considerably.
