I'm afraid I cannot complain about the upcoming changes to
Bivio's fees. Certainly, I would prefer to continue
receiving the basic service for free; however, prior to
converting our club's records to Bivio, we specifically
asked them how long they intended to offer this as a free
service. The folks at Bivio were surprisingly honest and
forthcoming; they would not rule out the possibility that
fees for their basic services would be charged in the future
(we have been with them for over a year now).
Bivio has provided us a very high level of service, and I
think it is naive for any club to expect this level of
service for free indefinitely.
