Our Club owns shares of PictureTel. It was recently
purchased by Polycom, but we have not received any
information on converting our shares. Does this normally
take time? I have look at both companies websites and see
nothing that tells me what to do. When it does happen, I
hope it will be easy to deal with on the BIVIO site. I
also use Buy&Hold and they have nothing on the stock change.
They had information immediately on stock splits, and
dividends. I wonder if I need to change something there too
- they have handled things very well over there.

Elizabeth,

If Buy & Hold is holding the shares, they should send you
some information on your statement. And, yes it can
sometimes take a while for the change to be effective.
