I have a EIN from the government, but my account at the bank
and the broker account is STILL IN MY NAME. How do I get my
SHAREBUILDER ACCOUNT IN THE NAME OF THE INVESTMENT CLUB?

Have you tried getting in contact with the people at
SHAREBUILDER and explained the situation to them? They might
be able to fix your problem by correcting your account
information without charging you a fee to transfer the funds
into a new account.

Just my thoughts...
I think you should contact the account administrator and let
them know the TIN is not yours but that of the investment
club. You might need to provide proof that the number
belongs to the club and you might need to provide a copy of
the partnership agreement.

You may have difficulty changing the account because Sharebuilder does not offer Investment Club accounts.
