I am putting information into Bivio site for our club's
accounting. I have our membership roster in place. I would
like to put their individual passwords in at this point.
Please tell be how to do this at this point in setting up
our site.

You don't enter their passwords in, they have to do that one their own.
I haven't done it in a while but if you log in and go to the area where
you set up the club, there is an option to invite members. The members
then have to go to bivio and create their passwords and user names in
order to sign into Bivio, and to also have access to the club that you
set up. It is done this way so that people may be a part of more then
one club, and so that no one but the member knows their password.
