What is the best way to record the transfer of shares between two broker accounts? We are in the process of closing out one brokerage account and transferring the shares from that account to another one we have. I wanted to get the information ahead of time so that when it happens I'm ready.

If this is just a transfer, no costs, all securities and
shares remain the same, same cash, etc, etc, I'd just click
the "info" button next to your old account name in bivio and
rename it to the new account. If there are costs involved in
closing the old account or transferring, just make sure you
enter those costs.
