Hi!

Just started a club a couple months ago. Each meeting, I
collect money from the members, write down the amount, name
of the member, and the day into a PLAIN LINED NOTEBOOK.
With some members not paying on time, or others needing to
withdrawal their money, the notebook ends up looking kind of
messy.

Do you guys know of a form I can download that will help me
keep my books organized?

( I use Bivio when I come home at night to input the data,
but it's the form I use AT the meeting that I'm looking for)

I use a laptop computer and enter contributions directly into bivio.com at the meeting. By doing so, you not only allow for the member to see how many units they are purchasing, but you also have the ability to print out their account information and this becomes their receipt of payment.
We do not allow members to withdraw (except for resignation) from the club. We treat this as a long term investment, and if the members need to withdraw on a regular basis, they should have put their money into a bank account.
