At a recent NAIC chapter meeting a club member was told
there has been a change in the management at bivio. Can you
shed some light on this situation? We are happily new bivio
members and are curious/concerned about this new
information.

Ion, you didn't tell me I was fired and kicked off the
board. ;-)

We did recently remove our "management" page. We're
actually revamping that area of our site as a result of our
expanded service offering. Stay tuned.

We had some changes on our advisory board quite a while ago.
This is quite normal for a company which has grown out of
its startup phase into a revenue generating business. We
also changed from an LLC to an Inc. (C Corp) in June, 2000.
All changes have been approved by all of our advisors and
investors. There have been no management changes since
bivio's inception--over two years ago!
