I read the South Hill Club by-laws and would like to know
what does your $200 initiation fee go for. Does it by
units? I would also appreciate any other person telling me
what their club does with the initiation fee and how much
the fee is.

The initiation fee in our club was agreed on to give us a
bit more money for our initial investment. It also applies
to any new members that join our club. They would not have
to buy units equal to other members, but would have to pay
$200 plus the $50 monthly dues.

And yes, the $200 buys units just as do the monthly dues.
