Don't get confuded, at least in our club, the by-laws and
partnership agreements are two different documents. The
Partnership agreement deals with the partnership as a legal
corporation, with rules about officers, meeting frequency,
mission statement, etc. The by-laws are the nuts-and-bolts
rules on how the club is run.
