K1 Access for withdrawn members?
What is the best way for withdrawn members to access their K1 forms form Bivio. If they are withdrawn do they still have access to login and access their K1 report? Or can I give that temporary access so they can print out their K1 report.

It depends upon whether your club removed the member's online access at the time the withdrawal was entered. Check your club roster (Administration>Roster). If the withdrawn member's status is "Member" they can login and download their tax documents. If the status is "Withdrawn" then you need to print and deliver their tax documents to them and include their updated withdrawal report. Sending the documents to the member via email is not recommended because the documents include the member's social security number.

The treasurer can just print the selected pages to a PDF file and e-mail the K1. I would ask for an acknowledgement they have received the document.

This is not recommended. The K-1 contains Personal Identifiable Information and should not be transmitted using unsecure methods.
