an entry from 2018 (Scott Trade) who we no longer use.. just appeared in January when I display our Account Summary. I have sent many messages for it to be removed....the entry makes our current Schwab account not balance
I am not in balance and frustrated that BIVIO has not answered or corrected the entry.

Susan, it appears you didn't receive our previous responses to your support messages. Sometimes hotmail.com and other Microsoft affiliated email providers block email sent from bivio.com. Please check your junk or spam folders for messages from bivio.
