Move From Schwab . . .
We have been with Schwab and are transitioning to Fidelity.  Schwab has been such a pain to deal with since our account was acquired by them from Ameritrade (broker we really loved).  Since the transfer, life has been a bad dream that went on and on.

Changing club officers (and trading access authorization) after our biannual election was virtually impossible.  Write this letter . . . complete this 21-page form . . . no you messed up a section - do it again . . . no, that's not right . . . Additionally, we were not able to get some basic information on the breakout of qualified, non-qualified and Section 199a dividends.  If you speak to a different rep, you will get a different story . . . I'm sorry, we don't have that information . . .  I'm glad the nightmare is coming to a close.

Another prime reason for our pending move is the fact that we could not give stock to a departing member (even if all club members wanted to do that and stated it in writing).  No, that is impossible.

We experienced the same nightmare with Charles Schwab and just moved to Fidelity.
