California Efile - Franchise Tax

Hi,

Every corporation that is incorporated, registered, or doing
business in California must pay the $800 minimum franchise
tax. Can I efile the club's taxes on Bivio for both Federal
and for State. I know that payment can be paid online.

Ana,

If your club is subject to the CA minimum franchise tax it must file CA Form 568 which is not generated by bivio. You may be able to transcribe much of the information you need from the 565 to the 568, but you will have to paper file the CA return. You can request a waiver of the CA efile mandate at https://www.ftb.ca.gov/tax-pros/efile/business-eFile-waiver-request.asp.
