Our club has only processed withdrawals in cash in the past, and we are hoping to do a withdrawal via stock transfer for the first time. Trying to set up several scenarios and wondering if I can go through the withdrawal process several times and just delete/remove the withdrawal the way I do if I make a mistake (like using wrong valuation date) when processing cash only withdrawal. Does anyone know? I am also emailing support@bivio.com directly as well.

If you are with Schwab they do NOT transfer stock from an Investment club! Think they really donât like investment clubs.
The big question for selling and using cash is what do you do about the overall capital gains that the whole club has to pay?!?

Yes, you can delete any "paper" entries you make in Bivio accounting.

Dan - we are with Schwab and have been for 3-4 years. We work directly with an independent investment advisor who uses the Schwab platform and to date we have not had any problems getting money into/out of our account. This would be the first time we've attempted to transfer stock ownership, however, and we have been monitoring the 'chatter' here about issues other clubs have been having.

Thanks, Carole. I did send the query to support@bivio.com as well and they have responded similarly and even provided another help document I had not yet seen. I just wanted to be extra super careful so as not to affect cost basis, gain/losses etc.
