My club is also disbanding. I just sold all the stocks and have received the dividends declared.

I see that you initiated a partial year tax software to Stephanie. Would appreciate if you can do the same for my club as well. I would like to close and file the taxes by end of October or latest by November.

I am assuming I need to write the checks to each member for the percentage owed to each member as per Bivio records.

Would appreciate your guidance on this.
