Current Summary of Brokerages for Investment Club (is there one?)

Has anyone prepared a current comparison of Investment Club
& Bivio friendly brokerages?
I am Treasurer of two clubs currently using TDA. Neither one
has been notified of the transfer date to Schwab, but I want
to be ready. Especially if we decide to go with a different
broker.

We want:
Zero commission trades
ACH, mobile check deposit or other easy deposit methods for
members
Auto Sync with Bivio
Easy to use website interface
(I think the above four requirements will be easy)

But we also want:

Easy, preferably low fee or no fee Checks for occasional
expenses or withdrawals
Investment Club Friendly (especially change of Officers)

(I think these last two will be more difficult.)

What else?

I have served as the treasurer of an investment club for several years. Unfortunately our club had to close. Is there a way to find a new club that meets online.
