What form do we use and when does that have to be in? I assume it should be sent in certified and signed receipt.
Also if we aren't able to send paperwork E/filing, I have trouble with paying $549 for this year's Bivio Fee which i have already paid for.

If you run into any problems with efiling, do an extension of time to file. The form is simple to fill out and is on the IRS website, form 7004. I would do certified mailing, which you can track online, no need for a signature. It has to be in before the due date of your return.
Why do you have trouble paying the $549? Bivio does have less expensive subscriptions.

That was this year's renewal, cost that I paid in January. I actually have two clubs one had its renewal in December and that was $279, but this December it will also be $549.
However, someone replied that as of March 1st we are able to e-file with Bivio. That will make my life easier.
Last year was nightmare, my home laser print just couldn't handle the work load.

I was totally unaware of that, we were sent an invoice which we paid for. We do utilize emails which is what I assume is what they refer as part of transactions .

Check the subscription options. If you paid $279 last year. unless you had just a ton more transactions, there is no need to pay $549.
