Entering dividends manually in Bivio

Our club uses E*Trade as our broker and is one of those whose server is blocking Account syncing to Bivio. Yesterday, Friday, I sent a help request to Bivio but I haven't got a response yet. I want to be able to add our dividends and any trades manually into Bivio so we have a correct Valuation Report and Transaction History for our meeting on Monday and until the problem is resolved. I haven't had any luck in figuring out how to do that so any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Step one after you have logged into bivio: Select
"Accounting" and under it "Investments".
Step two: click on the yellow circle that says "Income".
Step three: fill in the blank fields on the Investment
Income screen. Use the dropdown list to select the
appropriate label for the Income Type and enter the amount
of dividend you received.
Step four: rinse and repeat :>)

Or on the first page after logging in choose the transaction
type you want to enter from the list under "Short Cuts"
"Investments."
This approach will present you with the screen tailored
specifically to the type of transaction you want to enter.

Our club used a brokerage that did not sync with Bivio and it got to be such a problem entering dividends correctly that we changed to different broker last year.

What specifically do you want help with? Go to Accounting then Investments and then Income. Enter the type of dividend. Or click on Buy or Sell and enter the information.
