The IRS change in the 1065 filing requirements has created some delay and frustration. But you should direct your fire at the IRS, not Bivio. The IRA caused the problem by making a change so close to the filing season.
Our club has been using Bivio since November 2000, and we are very pleased with the service. The price is reasonable. The broker sync works very well. We have never had an accounting issue. The available reports are well thought out and helpful. We have never had a problem accessing our data online, nor have we ever experienced data loss. The Bivio technical support has been outstanding.
I appreciate Bivio's diligence in updating its tax program and testing it before rollout. I don't mind waiting a few more days for the updated tax software.

Let's cut Bivio a little slack here.

Is this where everyone gets a medal whether they have met objectives or not????
IClub was able to deliver K1s to their users. We are just looking for the Bivio plan to provide the Bivio clubs the ability to generate their. So far, I have yet to see a plan from Bivio to set user expectations.

Terry... bivio did provide a path forward by telling its subscribers to request filing extensions. bivio is working on the task and I have absolute confidence the forms will be available before the filing extension runs out. Because the partnership returns will likely be delayed, and there's a high probability that our personal returns may also be delayed. Therefore all partners should request filing extensions for their personal returns as well. If partners should choose to use the tax data that is available on the Member Tax Allocations report for their personal returns then they assume the full responsibility and risks of doing so. IClub has chosen a different approach which may have unforeseen consequences. I personally prefer bivio's approach and am thankful the bivio team is watching my back.
Please reflect on what's taking place in Europe and accept gratitude that we live in relative peace and face such relatively insignificant problems. My heart aches for Ukraine and its people.

Well said John. I agree 100%. And I expect others do as well. Bivio deserves our support and patience.
