Why doesn's Bivio Have the K1s available? IClub has had their K1s done for 2 weeks I belong to two investment clubs. One club uses Bivio, the other club uses Iclub. Iclub provided K1's two weeks ago. Bivio members deserve timely delivery of K1s. Bivio club members do not deserve a memo dated 2/16 telling us K1s are not available. There was a commitment to deliver the K1s for 2/28. The K1s have not been delivered. There is no new revised delivery date. Filing extensions is a major inconvenience and an added expense to any user if you hire an accountant. I would suggest Bivio reach out to IClub to find out how to get the issue resolved quickly. My husband also belongs to an Investment Club that uses IClub and he had his K1 and K3 from his club. I am also wondering why IClub has software for taxes, but Bivio does not.

All: The IRS change in the 1065 filing requirements has created some delay and frustration. But you should direct your fire at the IRS, not Bivio. The IRA caused the problem by making a change so close to the filing season. Our club has been using Bivio since November 2000, and we are very pleased with the service. The price is reasonable. The broker sync works very well. We have never had an accounting issue. The available reports are well thought out and helpful. We have never had a problem accessing our data online, nor have we ever experienced data loss. The Bivio technical support has been outstanding. I appreciate Bivio's diligence in updating its tax program and testing it before rollout. I don't mind waiting a few more days for the updated tax software. Let's cut Bivio a little slack here. Bivio has been great for 20 years and has been supportive with any issues our club has had in the past .
