Those of you who have bought REIT's are seeing this as one of the income classifications this year. If you have any non-resident aliens as members of your club,  you will not be able to properly report this using bivio so you will need to have an accountant prepare your club taxes. If you do not have any non-resident aliens as club members,  you can report it as long term capital gains.
