Here are the instructions for that section from the Form 1065 instructions:

Item L. Partner's Capital Account Analysis
You aren't required to complete item L if the answer to question 4 of Schedule B is "Yes." If you are required to complete this item, also see the instructions for Schedule M-2, later

The answer to that question is Yes for most clubs.

Since it isn't required, by default it isn't filled in.

That doesn't mean it isn't being tracked in bivio. You can see it on the reports I mentioned earlier.

If you want it filled in, there is a setting if you go to Administration>Tools>Edit Club Configuration that will allow you to override the default setting.
