Unfortunately there is not a BetterInvesting (NAIC) Chapter in Hawaii. You
might look into BI's Online Chapter at
https://www.betterinvesting.org/chapters/online. Click on the left nav tabs
to learn more. I don't know which club would be best for you but there is
one titled the International Investment Club amongst others in the Local
Events tab.

PS: there are laws that prevent BI from directly connecting someone with
clubs.
