any way to delete old Bivio club emails? We have over 15 years of emails on Bivio – is there any way to delete or store old ones so we don’t have such a backlog? I realize that some messages may need to be saved indefinitely (votes, etc.) but our messages typically deal with meeting reminders and notices about files posted to Bivio. Thanks, Jeri Morgan, Secretary Mutual Investors Group of Cheney Scott, Thank you for the reply, but I don't get the delete option when doing the steps you listed. I only see the message and with the ability to reply, reply all or reply to author. I also tried right clicking but no luck. I'm accessing Bivio via PC. -----Original Message----- From: club_cafe@bivio.com [mailto:club_cafe@bivio.com] On Behalf Of Scott Freeman via bivio.com Sent: Saturday, June 27, 2020 3:40 AM To: jeri1717@centurytel.net Subject: Re: any way to delete old Bivio club emails? Individual messages can be deleted by selecting the linked text at the bottom "1 message". If you are the author, a "delete" linked text will be available. No batch delete that I am aware of. scott it may have to do with your privileges for your club page. Officers and administrators have the highest authority. I am listed as an administrator and I can see the delete option. Scott, Thank you for the reply, but I don't get the delete option when doing Jeri, Finding "linked text" did not work for me either. However, in about a four click process, including clicking on the heading of the message I found the Delete. As Laurie posted previously,it is not whether you are an officer, but if your club bivio site recognizes you as an officer.
