Member wanting to take cash out

We have a member that wants to take some of her money out
but not withdraw from the club. How do we do that with the
accounting.

Bivio has a Menu on the left side of the main page. Go to Club Resources and go through the Treasurer Training. Your question has some specific answers, but it would be to your advantage to understand the overview.

Your Partnership Agreement should also address this issue. Look there first. If it doesn't, consider using this incidence as an opportunity to add that to the agreement.

Some clubs don't allow partial withdrawals, but I suspect that is a relic of the past. In my opinion, you don't want to lose a good member just because they have a short-term cash need.
