The member's family decided to open an account with our
broker. The broker has transferred the stocks. where and
how do I record this in Bivio?

Dear Anne,

You record this as a full stock withdrawal using the withdraw button on the Accounting>Members page.

You really should have recorded the withdrawal prior to transferring stock to avoid problems. When you record a withdrawal, a report is prepared that you can use to tell the broker exactly what to transfer.
