Scottrade transition problem

I have stock sales that are not showing on the Bivio list of Capital gains and losses so that my 1099B does not match.

The sales did occur, and I have tracked them to the transaction that is on Bivio. In both cases they took place on 2/21/2018. This was when Scottrade was being transitioned to TDAmeritrade. I have a strong suspicion that has something to do with the transaction not appearing in the summary of sales in Bivio.

Stock sale date qty proceeds date acquired cost basis gain/loss

DSPG 2/21/18 200 2513.08 4/19/17 2471.95 41.13

FNSR 2/21/18 50 921.55 4/26/18 932.18 -10.63

FNSR 2/21/18 50 921.55 9/21/16 1450.36 -528.81

How do I get these on the Bivio list of capital gains and losses for 2018?
