Bivio
I would just like to say that between the two clubs I have
been in we have used Bivio for our operations.
If I am not mistaken my first club signed onto Bivio not
long after it started operations. So I must say that we
have been very satisfied with Bivio and they have been
helpful over the years solving problems or just providing
guidance. So we tip our Hat to the team at Bivio. Thank
You!
I agree totally.  Our club has been in existence for 21 years and we switched to Bivio 11 years ago.  During those 11 years, I've had occasion to communicate directly with Laurie and Ira when we've had questions or needed assistance in handling unusual situations.  I feel like we've received personalized attention that the previous company that provided the software for keeping our books could not provide. 
 
So......  "Bravo" to the Bivio team!! We appreciate all you do.

I can't imagine doing this without Bivio - especially
including their prompt answers to all my questions. Kudos

Besides the STELLAR customer service, AccountSync, and user friendly accounting interface that have already been mentioned, I would like provide my highest recommendations and compliments to the:

a) Help Documentation thoroughness, currency and thoughtful A-Z organization and the (b) Tiered (both bundled and unbundled) Pricing Model.  

The Help feature has helped me with issues, as well as explaining to my non treasurer partners features and elements of the process.

Having one payment per year, with Federal tax printer included, with state printers, options, additional transactions and in person help available as needed in higher tiers, means my club gets what it pays for and very much appreciates the transparency of the entire financial relationship.

The decision my club made to switch nine years ago from Desktop club accounting to Bivio has been a long term positive.  Through withdrawals, stock corrections, and more, Bivio has been a constant that our club has depended on.  It has been a large factor in our vitality and longevity.

Rob, Laurie, Ira, Dave and Bivio staff, our club thanks you sincerely.

I must add my praise for bivio and the excellent services they have provided to our Club and all of you over the years. They are responsive, and in fact are able to deal with and solve our glitches and problems. We should all be happy to have such support to call upon. And how would we get through the tax return season without them?!

I agree whole heartily with that comment.  I know our club would not be able to function without them. I think we have been with them since our club started in 1996.
