Section 199A dividend Our club owns AMT (a REIT) and each year I allocate the dividend as Qualified or Ordinary in Bivio after I receive the 1099. This year the 1099 shows the dividend as Qualified or Section 199A. Section 199A is not a selection in Bivio's drop down list when I edit the dividend. What should I do?

I know REITs are not recommended for investment clubs, but we have owned one for several years and it makes a lot of money. I had to adjust BIVIO tax stuff each year before this but now there is a new IRS wrinkle (as I understand it) in reporting and BIVIO is going to address that when the tax program is released. I just want to know when it will be released by BIVIO Sheryl Story - sent from my iPhone
