I have completed the move to Ameritrade and need to
deactivate or close the Scottrade account. It is still
showing up on my valuation report.

It is still showing up because there is a dollar value
associated with the account. When you bring that value to $
0.00 then Scottrade will not show up on the report. As an
example my club had a dividend assigned to the checking so
Scottrade showed a negative value. Correcting the entry
zeroed out the Scottrade account so it no longer shows up.
You will still want the account on Bivio to track all your
last transactions.
