My club wants to change the person who is designated as our general partner both for the the IRS and our broker. Any idea how complicated that is to do with the IRS? Any advice?

For clarity, aren't all the members of your club general partners rather than a general partner and limited partners?

Yes, we are a gen'l partnership, although the IRS letter re: our EIN has my name below the club's name, followed by "GEN PTR"
