Earlier this week HPE spun-off it's Enterprise Services
division. In my Scottrade account I now have several shares
of DXC Technology (Ticker: DXC), but I do not see these in
my Bivio records. Why is that? Is there something I need
to do to account for this? Bivio has handled my spin-off
transactions in the past. Why not this time?

Sorry for not answering this earlier. I've been on vacation.
AccountSync is just an assistant. If your broker doesn't provide reorganization data for changes like this, it is up to you to catch it and make sure it gets entered properly. If you need help, just contact us at support@bivio.com.
It can also take a few days for the entries to be made since we need to do research to determine what is required.
It looks like entries have been made in your account now.
Make sure you double check to determine that the number of shares and cost basis for each lot of both DCX and HPE agrees now with what your broker shows. If it doesn't, send the brokers report you are looking at to support@bivio.com (not here) and we can help you fine tune things.
