Is there a special form to submit for a nonresident in NJ? I'm finished with the NJ 1065 listing all the members including the nonresident who lives in DE.

No. You just indicate that they are code "NR" on the partners directory and their NJK-1.

What is the "partners directory?" Is that the roster in Bivio?

The Partners Directory is a schedule in the NJ-1065 tax return. It's not part of the bivio accounting software
